Hops: Citra, Simcoe, Azacca Spectrum, Bro-1 Spectrum, El Dorado Spectrum, Eclipse, Mosaic

Yeast: Verdant IPA, Pomona IPA

Tasting notes

A micro batch where we’ve used our ‘3 Blind Mice’ beer as a base and amped it up a touch more. Dry-hopped with a saturating amount of hops - triple our normal amount (maybe more!). Smooth, juicy and tropical - like sipping on your favourite juice box, thanks in large part to our yeast blend.
