Malt: Pale Schooner, Toffee

Hops: Astra, Jester, Mystic, Harlequin

Yeast: Nova-Lager

Tasting notes

Utilising our high gravity XPA wort (the liquid that’s extracted from the mashing process), we drew some into our micro fermenters for another radical notion. Nova-Lager yeast gives this a beautifully crisp and refreshing beer to pair with Aussie-grown Astra hops. Notes of white wine, sweet tropical fruits, candied orange, and passionfruit are what this batch brings to the table. It’s light, breezy and super unique.
