Tasting Notes

A very classic American pale ale, decent bitterness, fairly hoppy, nice malt notes.

Expect orange, peach, and grapefruit, and sweet fruits from the hops, with some warming biscuit and cracker notes from the malt. Clean, crisp, and crushable.

It’s a nice blend of traditional American pale ale, mixed with some new world NZ hops. The bitterness balances the beer perfectly to have you sipping more.

Brewer’s Notes

A fun beer to make. Reminiscent of the pale ales I used to drink that got me into craft beer. It’s got plenty of flavour and hop and enough bitterness.
