Hops: Motueka

Yeast: Philly Sour

Other: 35% raspberry puree

Brewer’s Notes

Brewed on our micro pilot system in one big batch, before being split into two separate brews - the Mango Smoothie Sour & this delicious beer.

Both have a very clean, lemon-y sour base from “Philly Sour” yeast, however this one’s zesty flavour comes from the 35% raspberry puree added to make a delicious berry sour.

Tastes just like a bowl of raspberry sorbet.
