Tasting Notes
A straight-up, lightly sweet, refreshing every-day drink. The malt-focused display of the style gives subtle, malty-sweet notes of honey with restrained, soft bitterness. Tettnang hops provide a light touch of citrus, with the floral and herbal aromas you associate with historic European beers.
Brewer’s Notes
Mudweiser has a rounded, malt sweetness, with soft, full bitterness. If you wanted a comparison from our current beers, it’s like a Lewis Street Lager as far as the malt-character goes, with the body, hops, and yeast esters dialled up. The beer has a long finish, and yet is still as crushable as it should be. It’s balanced with a bitterness that has you begging for the next mouthful.
