Brewer’s Notes

Brewed on our micro pilot system in one big batch, before being split into two separate brews - the Raspberry Smoothie Sour & this fruity beer.

Both feature a clean, lemon-y sour base from our use of “Philly Sour” yeast. To complement this base and make this sour unique, we add 25% mango puree to make a ridiculously good-tasting brew that’s perfect for summer.

Think flavours of a Mango Weis bar, but better!
