Tasting Notes

A hopped-up hazy pale. Big juicy orange and mixed citrus up front, with a supporting cast of berries, sweet fruits and some dank. This monster is smooth and silky, tamed to be a hop explosion you just want more of.

Orange, citrus, medium body. Very hoppy and juicy - more hoppy that our Three Blind Mice. A pretty classic hazy pale/IPA for those who want one.

Brewer’s Notes

This was a bonus extra after making our Three Blind Mice brew. Using three times more dry hop, we were aiming to rejuvenate our core hazy - and found a whole lot of hops in the process. It’s got massive aroma and flavour - and lives up to its Hop Monster name. It’s very juicy and fun, and now that it’s settled down, it’s very drinkable and delicious.
